The DSBC-50-60-PPVA-N3 integrates the DSBC-50-60 actuator with the PPVA-N3 pneumatic valve, forming a compact modular system designed for precise fluid control in industrial automation. This configuration features a single 24-60 V DC input, dual 4-20 mA analog outputs, and supports direct integration with up to three external Ball cylinder DSBC series modules via its built-in Modbus RTU interface. Operating within a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, it delivers 60 Nm torque for valve actuation with a 90° rotation cycle. The PPVA-N3 valve component enables ½" to 2" pipe compatibility, while the actuator's IP67-rated housing ensures durability in oil/gas, chemical, and water treatment applications. Notable advantages include 12ms response time and corrosion-resistant stainless steel stem, though requiring periodic lubrication. An integrated Hall-effect sensor provides 0.1° angular position feedback with 5mm detection accuracy.
